Once your order has been accepted, we pick and pack for delivery Monday to Saturday, with daily collections by our couriers.We aim to have your order on it’s way within 24 hours, and depending on the delivery service that you have selected, and your delivery address, you should receive your order within 24 to 48 hours from collection from our warehouse for the UK, and 2-3 business days for most European Countries. Once your order has been accepted on the web site, we will wait at least 2 hours before picking and packing your order. You can amend or cancel an item from your order by emailing us email@example.com. Once your order has been picked and packed or collected for delivery, you will need to receive the order, and use our returns procedure to return an item and receive a refund.See our Returns policy.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase on all items. Items must be in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 working to the original payment method. Returns are processed with Royal Mail tracked returns and are charged at £4.00
Items purchased during sale are non refundable. Any items returned after the 14 day period will be returned to the sender and no refund made.
